I payed for a ticket for a raffle for a car (bonus ball on the national lottery picked the winning number).
The prize was won and the winner had the car for one day and it was broke.
The raffle organizer took back the car and refinded the winner for the tickets she purchaced.
Can you tell me if all the people who purchased a ticket are also due a refund.
