Praise of Amazon & Better Life Healthcare

Just wanted to highlight both Amazon and Better Life Healthcare (Lloyds Pharmacy) for some excellent customer service in what is admittedly difficult circumstances, but their good customer service has been appreciated all the same and I think they deserve some kudos for it.
Both have refunded orders without question, due to the circumstances of a very ill family member worsening and making the purchases no longer necessary. Amazon was only a small value order, and had already been delivered but not opened, they told me just to use or dispose of the item but they would refund the money, despite it not being sold directly by Amazon.
The Betterlife Healthcare item was for a considerable amount, and they had already attempted delivery once, but firstly offered a reduced 'delivery & installation' charge, and then just refunded the money and didn't even accept the offer of a return delivery payment for their courier costs.
Excellent customer service both times.
