Tesco loan, admin

Hi

I applied for a tesco loan yesterday and have this morning received a text saying it has been approved and to read, sign and return the credit agreement. But I have not received an email (including at point of application) from them. Does the credit agreement go out by letter or have I maybe put the wrong email address in, or what? I don't even have a reference number to chase them up with but if it's the latter I'll give them a call.

Credit agreements are usually sent by post, will probably take a few days.

It will be in the post and usually takes around a week to turn around

Thanks both, I called Tesco who said it will be with me within 5 working days of getting the decision. For some stupid reason I thought it would be done electronically!
