Free eye tests anywhere now Tesco have stopped?

    For appointments at Tesco, you now have to book via the Vision Express website. You will see all the Tesco branches listed there along with the available appointments. You have to pay for tests since the takeover.

    I had an eye test at Tesco Opticians a few years ago and received a letter from VE yesterday. My local(ish) branch is being closed for rebranding and will reopen in a few weeks. Clubcard points cannot be earned or used at the branch. Normally eye tests will be £25, but they included a voucher for me to have a free test.
