Alcohol Miniatures - where from?

I've heard a few people mention these mini bottles of alcohol. Any idea where I could get them from? I'm after gin in particular. Thanks in advance, Rachel
There is no such thing as a free lunch. Its only free because you've paid for it.

Noone can have everything they want and the sooner you learn that the better.

I would imagine most off-licences will carry some, especially at this time of year.

You'll also find them in gift packs (with a glass, or some chocolates - that sort of thing) in most places selling christmas gifts.

I've got to hunt around for Whisky ones myself.

  • You'll find them in any Off-licence but they will be behind the counter, usually on a shelf by the cigarette display (I used to run an offy).
They are kept behind the counter as they are so easy to pinch if on display.

I have just had a bad experience with this company.
I ordered several things and waited 14 days as the postal strike was on.
I telephoned to say I had not recieved the goods.
2 were out of stock and not coming back in.
1 was out of stock and not coming in for 2 weeks.
2 were out of date:eek: "but you can still have 'em if you want"
the guy was very rude when I said I wanted to cancel my order.
has anyone else dealt with them recently?

I was in house of Fraser Foodhall in Croydon yesterday and they had some 50% off, cant remeber what they were but were normal branded ones, I think JD's and stuff. This didnt really make them cheap as they were way overpriced as so now about £2-3 Ea.

That's too bad pookienoodle. I think a lot of people used them last year...I haven't ordered from them this year yet but it doesn't sound too good!

Somebody also mentioned http://www.justaglass.co.uk - if anyone has had any good experiences with them?
  • Morrison's have a good few mini bottles including wine and spirits.
Just back into comping past few months to help me get over rubbish in life.... won Hotpoint fridge freezer, soda stream
  • I've seen them in local/corner shops, the ones that have a cigarette cupboard behind the till. Usually ones that sell things like painkillers as well!
I don't believe and I never did that two wrongs make a right
  • asda do some nice sets with glasses/chocolates!
