First time mortgage help

Hello first post on here and need some help


We are currently trying to buy our first house through the part buy scheme

We have the deposit and all the fees needed

only thing we are struggling to get a mortgage AIP and the housing company will only hold the house for 7 days


No real bad credit history between me and the partner a few pay day loans here and there


we have an adviser who is sorting the mortgage for us but its been 5 days now and already 1 AIP got rejected he is now trying another company

starting to feel abit down about it all now has anyone been in the same situation and is there a light at the tunnel

Last payday loan was start if Feb due to an unexpected bill

Also max deposit we could go it 4000
