All Occasions prize winner

Hi Guys

Just wanted some advice. I received an e-mail from practical publishing on the 15th Feb. They said they would send the prize out a.s.a.p. As of yet I've not received it. Just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation and when should I chase it up. I'm not even sure what competition it is. So can't check the t&cs. Any help would be appreciated.

normally prizes arrive within 28 days I'd give them another week or so and then politely chase
