Help with entering Facebook comps please

Hi all, it seems that more and more competitions are being posted on Facebook now and most require that you share the competition in order to enter.
I don’t want to bore all my friends on Facebook with all the comps I enter and I also don’t want my Facebook homepage to be just full of entered comps either, so I am just wondering if there is a way to share without it being posted to all my friends And whether if I delete a comp entry post from my homepage would the competition company still know that I had shared their page/comp?
Any help would be brill thanks!

you can hide from timeline after sharing and it is still seen, but doesn't make you look like a comper. Also you can join or set up a public group to share to, then the share is still seen (group must be set to public)total wins 2013 £5500 2014 £7500 2015 £23,900 2016 £10,650 2017 £13,040 2018 £10,620 2019 £10,115 2020 £3970.00

Unfortunately, with the way FB works, when you post a comment or like a public FB post, it can, and often does, pop up in your friends news feed, so they can be 'spammed' in that regard, even if you don't share.TOP MONEYSAVING TIP
Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!0
