Avant-any 2nd loan success
Not going to be popular with this thread.
With 1 payment left via Avant 4k t.v. Excellent to this day)
Are there any success stories if applying for a new loan.
Most of the reviews suggest i’ts almost impossible to get acceptance on re applying.

Nothing suggests you couldn't apply again and be potentially accepted.
However, the increasing tendency of sub prime borrowers to claim irresponsible lending when given more than one loan may be a factor in their acceptance criteria.0 -

Thanks zx81-As I!!!8217;ve since changed to part time reduced hours past year approx.
Is it wise that I wait until I possibly make a return to ful time next few weeks.
I could make use of the saved loan payment and maybe re apply late summer if I!!!8217;ve been full time and have 3 mths wage slips to upload.
(I think it was my 3 full time wage slips that helped ed with acceptance 2 yrs earlier)Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb0 -
You're on a DMP, doing things like buying a not needed more expensive than it needed to be telly you couldn't afford on sub-prime finance, you've had a drop in income and want to get another loan? Clearly the lesson about how you ended up in a DMP wasn't learned so at this rate you're going to be heading for bankruptcy.
How about SAVING UP the saved loan payment until you've got enough money to BUY what you want to get the loan for then you're only paying the price of the thing you want to buy, not double the price because of the interest on the finance? "Look, LOOK, its 30% off, what a bargain!! I don't have the money to buy it now but I can get it on in store finance at 24.9% APR and its only £10 a month over 2 years so I end up paying more than it was before it was on sale....."This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Thanks Tarmbor, yes It!!!8217;s more slightly expensive unsecured lending.
Though what I have achieved in a few weeks time is 2 yrs of on time payments.
Hopefully in future ,I!!!8217;ll maybe return to a reasonable credit rating as it once was a few years earlier.
I am one of a few mser;s who appreciate the ability to borrow in difficult times and don!!!8217;t mind paying extra.
The mentioned new loan isn!!!8217;t a necessity though I like to have the option to borrow unsecurely in future.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb0 -
Avant have been struggling for money of late.
They have been off loading there bad debt portfolio`s, and offering stupidly low settlement figures to there customers who are in arrears.
They rebooted there entire business in 2016, and are seeing slow growth at present, you may find they are more picky about who they lend to in future.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thanks sourcrates
A reminder of your post which I had read some time ago.
Interesting info about Avant.
This strengthens my thinking of waiting until I hopefully get 3 months full time wages before possibly re appplying.
I honestly think I!!!8217;ll manage and the saved small loan payment from April end will be helpful (As is the additional hrs I!!!8217;m going to be working to ensure my return to full time can be successful.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge.
