Hi can anyone help me pls I was wondering what the next refund policy is if you dont have your receipt? I have some trousers which I wanna take back and would gladly exchange them for a another item if its allowed?

hiya as long as the trousers are in new condition ( assume they are!) you can return them and exchange them for another item. The only thing that can be a problem if you do not have your receipt is, if the trousers were in the mid season sale (3 weeks ago) you will only get the reduced price for them regardless of whether you paid the full price for them previously. hope that makes sense!0
