mortgage break when selling and out of country

Anyone got any ideas if its ok to take a mortgage break if you are selling your house, but will be out of the country at the time? Got a job offer abroad at short notice, the only way to do it is to go there and sell house whilst there, wages won't cover the mortgage payments though

why dont you let the property out?
If you have made overpayments on your mortgage this may be possible but unlikely if you have not.I am a Mortgage Adviser
