I believe Google are phasing out the old two word reCAPTCHA at the end of the month and any sites that still use it are getting this upgrade notice.

If you refresh the reCAPTCHA once or twice you should get the two words.

I've had this problem a lot recently and have to keep refreshing the capcha. I've found that the best way to deal with this problem is to just click on submit without filling in the capcha, you will then be prompted to fill in the capcha and low and behold it works.

I have found just putting in - V1 SHUTDOWN - works, it has always been accepted.
