Council Tax Band 'Deleted'

Hi was wondering if someone could help me, after watching one of Martin Lewis shows he mentioned to check your council tax band online. We are currently paying for band c. After checked the government website it says our street are listed as deleted, so I am unable to compare with our neighbours.
The street are grade 2 listed properties so assume this is why they are stated as deleted, but how can I find out if I am under the correct tax band?
I am confused as some information found on the internet says the taxpayer does not have to a tax, is this correct?

A Grade 2 Listed property should not be exempt from Council Tax. I would suspect that there has been a postcode error or change. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

I would suspect the same as above, the property should be deleted only where it is needed to correct or change an entry.
For you to currently be paying council tax there should be an entry on a valuation list at present, otherwise council tax could not be charged by the local authority.
Does your council tax demand show a 'property reference' (this is not the council tax reference number), the 'property reference' is a unique reference number assigned to each property. If you have this then try the 'advanced search' and see if it shows up that way.I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0
