How long does it take for a further advance to come through if you apply?
We've recently completed an extension and used a lot of our own cash.
We would like to borrow some of the equity, we should be under 60% LTV still.
We're just weighing up if it's worth getting a further advance or best waiting until our remortgage is due in 7 months.
