Just one bad comment & I deleted it..just worse that I'm on a final warning that's all.
I'll go to the meeting for the hell of it but doubt they'll do anything to help.
Why are you on a final warning? It clearly isn't just one bad comment, and it doesn't come across that you've learned from it.
Go to the meeting and apologise, and explain how you won't be posting about your employer again online (and that includes on here - remove the name).0

Breaking a glass window with trolleys a stupid mistake. It was one comment but different stuff I did wrong before now but not the same thing. I just want to prove myself & prove I can be a good colleague. I will do but already admitted defeat to myself tbh. I won't post about them at all. I'll do everything right. Just think I'm going so what's the point now. Suppose I can only truly try my best in the meeting.
 I don't know how!!. Sorry0

Click Edit Post, and (I think) Advanced Edit to change the title.
They do have a social media team that monitors forums, Facebook etc. You don't want them picking up on things that can be identified back to you.
I hope the meeting goes better than you expect.0

You can't change what you have done but learn one lesson, and that is Never, Never, Never post anything even vaguely related to your work on any social media platform. You might make what you think is a light hearted comment but the employer sees it differently. It's just not worth the risk.0

Man up. Take responsibility for your actions. Stop whining like a baby.
You chose to do this, you understood the consequences, so be man enough to take them with good grace. Saying that you do not know why you bother might make sense if life were dumping on you, but it is not, you are choosing your own outcomes here.
This is like nailing your todger to the bench and then crying that your todger is nailed to a bench.
Of course it is, you just bought a hammer and nails, stood there, looked at it, and drove a nail through it!0

Quite interested to know how long you have worked for them. You say you are on a final warning - if you were that bad, wouldn't they have dismissed you before? So I am guessing over 2 years?
It's not helpful when you are trying to remove comments from the net when people quote you and ensure the Organisation name remains visible. Perhaps you can private message those forum members and ask them to delete the posts or at least edit them to remove the employers name.
However, a final warning is usually that. One more thing and you are gone. Be prepared. And hopefully learn that being online is not necessarily good for you.Still striving to be mortgage free before I get to a point I can't enjoy it.

There's little point in telling the OP to remove the company name from their initial post if everyone replying then either quotes or references the company themselves.
Perhaps the people responding could also go back and edit their posts? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0

If he were there 2 years and still trying to prove himself to be a good colleague that wold be an issue in itself so i dont think he has been there that long.Quite interested to know how long you have worked for them. Well sadly I've made mistakes & i admit that, granted some were just silly accidents but in my defense I've been a good colleague otherwise. Got 100% on the MCM report for the store. Got good notes & feedback from customers & always keeping them happy. I just said a silly thing & that's it. It's made out like It's as bad as stealing from the place. I just want to prove that I can do good again. Yes,I have been there 2 years & 4 months. So you'd be surprised how long. Also, yes I'm assuming that's me down & out, giving up 'cos I can't come back from it by how some of you are making it sound, but I need a chance. I feel like I'm just going to heard & written down rather than listened too. 0 0
