Where to borrow?
I'm new to all this but I'm hoping:money:can help
I own my mortgage free house. I have savings also. I wish to purchase an old property to renovate and eventually move in to using my savings but I need another £125000 to purchase the second property. My house is worth twice that amount. What is the best way to fund my renovation property? Re mortgage: Bridging loan: Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks

You can try loan as well from any of the Financial Institutions that are not strictly banks. Also, re-mortgage would be a good option.
Another option would be getting some money from various P2P lenders.0 -
