I've had an offer accepted on a house and am now deciding whether to choose the HSBC One Day Mortgage service which is comparable to all the other deals I've found.
What would be the advantage of choosing a Mortgage Broker instead of taking the HSBC offer?

The broker may be able to find a better deal not available to normal consumers.
I used the HSBC one day service and was actually very impressed. But I was well prepared and had everything that was required. It only took 3 hours.0
