Creation finance
HI after some advice bought. A car from a garage that used creation finance .. In agreement it said I have a cooling off period in the meantime borrowed money from Barclays at a cheaper rate and they've charged me £300 for the privelidge as I rang to settle th finance ... they said it was doc fees at first then back tracked and said interest .. they charged £300 extra for a week so interest wouldn't have accumulated to that amount ... AFter much arguing on phone I said I'm prepared to pay £150 but they said no . WE payed the extra but logged a complaint and heard nothing .. ANyone had a similar experience many thanks ...
