That's weird, I see:

Closing date is midday on the 28th of March 2018, the winners will be picked at random and contacted accordingly and announced in the next newsletter.

I do remember double checking after Daphne01 posted and it did say 31/03, these comps do usually end on the 28th of each month. so they must of corrected the end date at some point.
