Hi all,
I’ve had £167 deducted from my monthly pay over the last couple of years however when I’ve checked my statement it states that I’ve only paid off £1300 over the last twelve months. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be? Will give them a call tomorrow but just wondered if anyone could shed some light tonight!

Is it that it comes out of your PAYE and goes straight to HMRC? HMRC do not take it off your balance until they receive the full amount for the financial tax year in April in what you have paid out of your salary.
