Anyone used or heard of them? My elderly neighbours are keen to borrow against their home and are considering them. Any stories good or bad?????

Make your neighbours aware that the loan will be variable, so Nemo will be free to increase it as they see fit.
Also point out their fees.Dave. :wave:0 -
My advice is to strongly persuade your neighbours to ditch Nemo and contact their Building society or bank for advice.0

Nemo is owned by The Principality Building Society. However, I would still advise independent advice - If your IFA reccommends Nemo then use them.0
