Now that cdwow have been taken over and assure us its business as usual, have any of you ordered from them and been pleased with service? I have points to use from pigsback, but not sure if its worth getting cdwow vouchers in case they mess me about.

Bought a dvd box set recently, no problems. Had no idea they were in trouble or I would have bought from somewhere else :-)0

I have bought 6 or 7 items since the relaunch and they have all been delivered to NI in under a week. One was faster than HMV0

I used my pigsback voucher to for a cd. Confirmed purchase, confirmed cardholders address and then for some reason the delivery address was a very old one which I thought had been deleted. I couldnt amend the address at the checkout so I went into my account to change it. When I went back the order had vanished and I could no longer use my voucher. I emailed them and explained what happened. They said they couldnt do anything but would pass my concerns onto management for due consideration. I tend to only use them when I have enough nectar points, much prefer HMV.0

i think you will find that if you enter a voucher and something happens, like you drop connection or something you cant use the voucher straight away after, but it resets itself after 24 hours if not used i think, well it did when i had problems and they told me to try again the next day and it worked0 -
i for one wont recommend or use them ever again. i ordered a dvd 12 days ago , havnt had a delivery or email for why the enormous delay.
i emailed them yesterday and i was gobsmacked at the reply - they said sorry we cant get hold of the dvd and have refunded your money back.
what a bunch of low lifes- back to there old tricks, because they have a few dvds on special to get the customers browsing and wen they get a few multiple orders for those misprices they cancel your order.
its realy annoyed me as there was no attempt to keep me informed that there was a problem with my order , Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!
wont be using them ever as i honestly think they are worse than previous owners .0
