Free credit reports

I currently use Noddle to keep track of my credit report but I know I should also check Equifax and Experian. I believe these both offer a free 30 day trial. Is there a way to access these reports without submitting payment card details? I'm (rightly or wrongly!) nervous of adding any more accounts to my profile right now - unsure if these would show as new accounts shown on credit report or not?
