Hello,
what are cross border mortgages ? I saw this advertised by Qatar National Bank-presumably it means moving your uk mortgage, rate and terms to another country's banking system ? is this correct ?

i don't beleive so. AFAIK it would be a person getting a mortage in country A to buy a property in country B.0
