    Thanks, KM and Shaun. There was no happy outcome, I'm afraid. Life right now is not about moneysaving in the least, so I'm shutting the diary down for a while. I might be on the site, but thats all.

    EDIT: it was impossible to do all the tests, and he died yesterday.
