Delay Repay: who to claim from

I had multiple train cancellations this morning and as three different companies run 'services' from my departure station to my destination, I am not sure which company to claim from.
The first one I went for (cancelled), the next one (also cancelled), or the one after (also cancelled)?
I bought my ticket at my departure station and it was not specific to any company.
(Same thing happened on the way back)

I would go for the first time, as that would be the service you were intending to get?0

On the way there, yes.I would go for the first time, as that would be the service you were intending to get?
But on the way back I was flexible. Looking online, they were almost all cancelled. And when I went for the one that wasn't, it was short-formation and so full I couldn't squeeze on.
In theory I would have a claim against all of them. I guess I just pick one at random..0
