The First Prize is time critical and the winner of the First Prize will be contacted in accordance with Clauses 5.2 and 5.4 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. To be eligible for the First Prize entrants must be contactable on Friday 16 March 2018 and Monday 19 March 2018.

If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Holiday to Universal Orlando Resort in Florida
This element of the prize consists of a seven-night (7) holiday package for the winner and up to three (3) companions to the Universal Orlando Resort in Florida, USA from Tuesday 3 April 2018 to Tuesday 10 April 2018. The holiday includes the following:

· Virgin Atlantic return economy flights for the winner and up to 3 companions as follows:
§ from London Gatwick Airport to Orlando International Airport, Florida on Tuesday 3 April 2018; and
§ returning from Orlando International Airport, Florida to either London Gatwick Airport or Manchester Airport (subject to availability and to the Promoter and/or Prize Provider’s discretion, the winner will be offered a choice between the two UK airports) on Tuesday 10 April 2018.

· Return transfers from the Florida airport to the Universal Orlando Resort hotel for the winner and up to 3 companions;

· Seven (7) nights hotel accommodation at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or other on-site Resort Hotel (to be determined by Holiday Prize Provider at their sole discretion) based on four people sharing a standard quadruple room on a room-only basis. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

· “3-Park Explorer” tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companions. These tickets allow access during normal operating hours to Universal Studios Florida Theme Park, Universal’s Islands of Adventure Theme Park, and Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park for the duration of the holiday;

· Admission to one Blue Man Group Show for the winner and up to three (3) companions, the exact date and time to be determined by the Holiday Prize Provider at their sole discretion;

· Inclusion as a “float rider” on a Universal Orlando Mardi Gras Parade float for the winner and up to 3 companions on dates and at times to be determined by the Holiday Prize Provider at their sole discretion. Each companion aged under 18 years must be accompanied by the winner during the float ride or one of the companions aged 18 years or over. Participation in the float ride is subject to height restrictions and the ability to stand for a sustained period of time; and

· Tickets to attend the taping of the season finale of Saturday Night Takeaway at Universal Orlando for the winner and up to 7 companions on Saturday 7 April 2018. The winner and their companions may be required to present ID on arrival to gain access to this element of the prize. Please note, companions under the age of 8 will not be admitted to the audience for the full taping and will be given access to a separate viewing area provided they are accompanied by the winner or one of their companions who is their parent or legal guardian.

If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the holiday with fewer than three (3) companions or no companion, the holiday will be awarded to the winner and each participating companion and any remainder of the holiday will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

The winner and their companions may be filmed taking up the Prize (including on the plane and at Universal Orlando) and may be featured in the Programme and related promotional activity.
