If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Car
This element of the prize consists of a Fiat 500 0.9 TWINAIR 85HP S including first registration fee and road tax for the first year. This element of the prize includes the winner!!!8217;s choice of either a manual gearbox or Dualogic Gearbox and the winner!!!8217;s choice of exterior colour from either:

i) one of the following Pastel Colours: Brossa Nova White, Pasodoble Red or Tech House Grey; or
ii) one of the following Metallic Colours: Avantgarde Bordeaux, Crossover Black, Electroclash Grey, Electronica Blue or Groove Metal Grey.

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner!!!8217;s home address within six (6) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car, current driver!!!8217;s licence, current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport and proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person!!!8217;s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Trip to Venice including a journey on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
This element of the Prize consists of a trip to Venice for the winner and up to three (3) companions which includes the following:

· One-way standard class flights for the winner and up to three companions from a UK mainland airport near to the winner!!!8217;s home to the winner!!!8217;s choice of Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) or Treviso Airport (TSF);
· Two nights of accommodation at the Hotel Metropole in Venice, Italy in (subject to availability) based on two people sharing a double room on a bed and breakfast basis;
· One-way standard class journey from Venice to Calais for the winner and up to three companions on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express including:
§ one overnight stay in two cabins based on two people sharing each cabin;
§ a four-course dinner; and
§ a continental breakfast served in the cabin; and
· One of either:
a) one-way coach journey from Calais to Folkestone and a one-way train journey on the Belmond British Pullman from Folkestone to London Victoria Station, which includes lunch and afternoon tea served with a glass of English sparkling wine; or
b) where the winner does not live in or around London the winner may choose a one-way standard flight back from Calais!!!8211;Dunkerque Airport to an airport near to the winner!!!8217;s home.
· One Murder on the Orient Express DVD.
