I've got a great recipe for an eggless chocolate cake that uses natural yogurt, but I'm trying to lose weight before my daughter's wedding in 6 weeks and being snowed in with a whole chocolate cake isn't going to help

But chocolate cake is definately freezable cut into portions.

There are several recipes for (hot) soups made with yoghurt eg

Use before means it might be better to use it before the date, but if you use it after you will probably be alright. Just don't sue us if you are ill.

It's not going to become poisonous one minute after midnight.

Stick a spoon in it and eat it, no need to faff making something.

I made yogurt with frozen culture and was very disappointed with the results.

I started using greek yoghurt instead of mayo in wraps, on salad, etc. and think I prefer the taste now actually.

You could make flatbread with it. Mix it with some flour and grind oats if you fancy them. I also sometimes add ground flaxseed. Then just fry in a shallow pan. You can also add some sugar, raisins and spices to make a (sort of) drop scone!
