Claiming Tax relief on Business Mileage

That's good that the fuel is a similar position as often company car and fuel cards go hand in hand but it can make a difference sometimes.
You will get some good deals now as the A6 is due to a update this year so the deals may get even better
What spec model where you going for ?
Re fuel I had done 40mpg @25k miles @£1.25 a litre diesel (I know you can get cheaper than that but my local ones are even more expensive) which is £3551 a year in fuel.
On your calc its 44mpg @ £1.20 so you are £3100 in fuel for business only.
I would take their consumption rates with a pinch of salt as it is quite a big heavy car
You had put "I only have to cover servicing and tyres/ pads etc when needed" so had assumed they were not included in your rental quote but if they are great as you say all money in your favour
Audi servicing costs are quite expensive and on an A6 long life its every 18k miles (or so depending on the engine). Their own retail maintenance plans are not cheap compared to others last time I looked they were £40 a month for 3 services or 30k miles, £50 a month for 5 services or 50k miles which ever happens first.
I don't do your mileage and I generally only keep my cars long enough to do 1 or 2 services on them before swapping them, depending on the deal. I tend to pay outright for the servicing costs I am due my 2nd service on my current car and quotes are coming in around £450 for it.
Tyres will depend on wheel size obviously hence my question on the spec. Audi often tend to put fairly big wheels on some of their models, I have 20" rims at the moment which last time for a set of 4 cost me around the £700 mark for same spec tyres. I was going on yours would be smaller but they are typically 18" and replacing 4 but again all depends on your driving style.
I am on my 3rd A6 so I obviously like them, hence asking which model. There are a few toys I would spec like Tech pack but it depends on cost etc.0 -
Given the £190 month payment you are paying for the car, are you sure that the car benefit is being calculated properly?
Do you have the P11d details for your car so that it can be checked?[SIZE=-1]To equate judgement and wisdom with occupation is at best . . . insulting.
