I didn't receive all of my train tickets?

Hi I bought some train tickets online.
The first journey from Brighton to London and then the second journey from London to Brighton. I bought them separately, from Brighton to London I only got 2 tickets (I didn't get the ticket which says "retain for inspection" and has the seat number), but from London to Brighton I got all 3 tickets one with my name/address, another with seat number and another which said going from London to Brighton. How can I make sure I get that ticket in time? I got it from trainline. I will call them tomorrow, but I travel on Monday. I have the email to prove I bought the tickets...do you think they'll give me the missing ticket or should I buy a new one? Would it better to actually speak to someone at the train station?

If you printed them at a station ticket vending machine you should have asked staff at the station at the time as your ticket may have been jammed inside the machine.
Trainline will probably say that if they can see the ticket was printed by the TVM they can't print another one, and it will probably be too late for anyone at the station to do anything about it now.
It would have been better to buy from a train operating company, as they don't charge extra fees that Trainline may charge, and Trainline are known to have customer service issues.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

I bought it online and the tickets were posted to me. I think I might just buy an e-ticket and print it out to save the hassle.0 -
If they were posted to you then you have to take the matter up with Trainline.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

Depending on the style of ticket, there may not be a separate reservations voucher.0
