I got some diced lamb tonight, thought it would be nice in a curry sauce,
but on getting home all I got is
Goan sauce (for fish shrimps or chicken)
Korma sauce
Yellow Thai Curry
Tikka Masala
Which of these could I use?
Is the only contender the tikka sauce or would it work with the any of the others?
