Your favourite recipes please that use these ingredients. Needing some tried and tested recipes to use these ingredients that I bought in a fit of enthusiasm but not used yet!

Am I being thick? What is PB2?0

Not being thick at all. It's a defatted peanut product that is protein rich, low fat, tastes of peanuts and comes in a flour form. If you haven't heard of it, you haven't heard of it!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Thanks! No, I have never heard of it. Was racking my brains thinking what could it stand for!
Have coconut flour too that I don't know what to do with. Bought for a Michael Mosley recipe but then there were loads of people on his forum saying it didn't work so I didn't bother trying it.0 -
i need to be almost grain free because of IBS, so thought they would be 'useful'!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

A useful little leaflet came with my packet of coconut flour. I just seem to have mislaid it. If I find it, will post the recipes! They looked good!0

Coconut flour can mostly be used in any recipe, but you need a lot less as it absorbs so much liquid -apparently.
PB2 can be used in pretty much the same way you'd use any peanut butter. I mix 2tbsp pb2 with 1 tbsp water and eat it with a sliced apple, or still it through some plain, Greek yogurt. Both delicious

There are lots of coconut flour recipes on the Lucy Bee website (I can also recommend their products - I'm not paid to say that as they don't know me from Adam, but their coconut oil etc is really good

Was scanning through threads and couldn`t help noticing one that mentioned food that I`m partial to in various forms.
