Comps where there is no marketing opt-out option

I have recently started entering comps on prizefinder and I have found that a large number of comps require you to fill in forms where there is no option to opt out from marketing. Examples include ActiveYou, Vaniki, Soapboxsurvey, Alpha-lam and Offerx. There is text at the bottom of the form that says "by signing up you agree to receive marketing messages by post, phone or SMS from selected third parties". There is usually only one tick box to confirm entry, and no box that allows you to opt out from marketing. Are these comps best avoided if you don't want to receive spam mail or unwanted calls? Does anyone still enter them despite this caveat?

To be quite honest, those sites youve listed are well know for spam and best avoided.
If you take a look at the comping guide you'll see a list of well known spam sites and they are listed there http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=101412111 Are there any sites, from experience, which are likely to generate lots of spam?
There are a few which have come to our collective attention as sites that, when used for comps, seem to generate lots of unwanted postal, email & phone call attention. These are listed below for your information, however, please do remember this is the collective opinion of other MSE Compers & does not necessarily reflect upon the sites themselves.

Probably nothing, at most the opt-in may be made clearer but will still be required to enter (the opt-out remaining not to enter).0
