Remortgaging and Lifetime ISA's

Options
Hello, this is this is my first time posting here just so everyone is aware.

I am planning on buying a home for myself, with my girlfriend paying rent. She currently has a Lifetime ISA that won't be ready until this time next year. My question is if I were to switch mortgages in two years time (assuming I have a 2 year fixed initially), would I be able to add my girlfriend to the mortgage and would she be able to use her Lifetime ISA and be classed as a first time buyer?

Pretty certain she wouldn't be able to use it as she technically will not be buying the property. Good try though
