    @BlueJ94 - Hey, fantastic carrots! Just shows that things do want to grow, even if the planter forgets about them, lol.

    @Cheery_Daff - Thanks. It's been bothering me, so I decided to write it out as a plan.
    Can you remember the power-cuts in the 1970s? You may well be younger than me, idk. I was a child at the time but can clearly remember them. They were quite exciting to a child (doubtless not to my parents) - the best one I remember was playing dolls' hairdressers on the lounge floor surrounded by foam hair curlers, bowls of water, combs & brushes by candlelight.

    I can remember doing a carol concert by candlelight at my primary school in the 70s during power cuts. Elf and safety wouldn’t allow it nowadays. 
    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

    Ha, I'm afraid I wasn't born til 1980, so no 😂

    I can remember doing a carol concert by candlelight at my primary school in the 70s during power cuts. Elf and safety wouldn’t allow it nowadays. 
    Still plenty of candlelit carol services happening these days!
