I've recently received a key facts illustration sheet stating what Santander would offer me. I've found a house and made a offer, I then went back to my broker who is in the process on sorting my mortgage with Santander.
I'm so concerend my mortgage won't be accept at the final application stage due to old payday loans which are no longer active but still sit on my credit report. My application isn't very straight forward either because im a director in a business and my mortgage will be paid through my director loan account not my personal account, does that mean they won't need to see my personal account bank statements? Any advice is appreciated.
