halifax re morg .. in store or online

Hi Guys
I am getting close to the 3 month mark for my Halifax re mortgage, I want to stay with Halifax as its a relatively low amount and im hoping to finish in 5 years. I have checked online and with op this would be achievable and would reduce the current term of 7 years to 5.
I am therefore going to go for 5 yr fixed and keep everything the same. I am wondering though should I just do this online or would I be better to go instore (I had made an appointment so have one booked for Friday but not sure wether to cancel)

thanks guys

If its just a straight forward product switch then I would do it online personally.
    :p
