  • I'm no expert on the debt side, but don't worry about your age. My husband and I have just got a 25 year mortgage as first time buyers and I'm 40 and he's 47.

    The number don't make any sense.

    Prove to yourself you can do the £1300pm(rent&debt) for a year.
    lower debt, better credit, easier cheaper mortgage

    Then you won't need a £2k broker to dig out a deal for you.

    £3k to convert a 2 bed to a 3 bed is that just a partition wall
