Hi,
Has anyOne had any experience with a Vanilla Prepaid gift card??
I have been given one in December worth £25 (plus my friend had to pay an extra £2.95 to activate it) and I haven’t been able to use it.
When any cashier has tried to put it through the till (after they have all told me they don’t think they accept them) it doesn’t work, when I try to put the card number into the Vanilla website to check the balance it cannot find the card and there are no details of how to contact them other than a Canadian phone number!!
Frustrated to say the least!!!

There seem to be a lot of problems with these cards.
Contact numbers - 0800 068 4697. Alternative number - 020 3564 1841.0
