santander tracker deal ending

I took out a tracker deal with Santander for £35000 two years ago .The mortgage was for 12 years from July 2016 .!.9% interest for two years then SVR.
The tracker will be ending in July .
I still owe aprox £25000 .
Is it worth remortgaging ?
This mortgage had no fee and free legal .
