New job immediately after discharge

Hello everybody,
My bankruptcy ends in March this year. The day after my discharge I will be starting a new job, the salary for which would have led to an IPA being set up if I wasn't discharged upon starting. I am currently unemployed. What could be the implications here? Grateful for any advice.

If the new job starts after the date of discharge, no new IPA can be set up. If an IPA was set up prior to discharge, then it could be varied once you tell the OR about your change of circumstances.

Many thanks for your reply. As it stands, I don't have an IPA set up and I will be starting the job on the day of my discharge.

You should be fine, are you claiming benefits at the moment? If so, perhaps just close the claim down once you receive your first payment from your employer, stating your date was the day after your discharge.
