Sterilised milk for yogurt

I usually get UHT whole milk for yogurt making. I wasn't able to get it so got Sterilised instead.
Has anyone ever used sterilised milk for yogurt and did it work?

I always use UHT skimmed milk and it works perfectly. Add extra skimmed milk powder for a thicker yogurt if you like, I do, just stir it in when adding the starter culture."Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience." Anon.0
