Wheelie bin problems with neighbour's

Hi, Just a quick question as think I maybe in the wrong but email sent local council just in case but while I wait wanted to ask here. Few months we moved in to a terrace house and on bin collection days all the houses leave there bin at the end terrace where bin people can get to but I'm the opposite end so can't see bins…

Do you know what time the bin collection is? If you can't put your bin out just before that time maybe a helpful neighbour would do it for you. Failing that, have a word with the refuse collectors and explain the problem and say you'll have to leave your bin outside your property from now on.
