It has nothing to do with Store Cards or Credit Cards, . I simply think we were treated unfairly - so please don't judge.
No "judgement" here. I was accidentally responding to the other poster who hijacked your thread. If you want help here, you'll need to detail in what manner you think GE Money has treated you unfairly.

Thank you for your reply - I am sorry I got a little upset and I thought your reply was aimed at me. - I am very sensitive regarding the financial mess I found myself in - through no fault of my own. I did all I could at the time and fought some tough battles, some I won, but some I didn't. All this was after I decided to resign from my banking job I had, had for 22 years in 2009 - I had struggled with depression for a year or two and did so until around 2013. - I lost a lot, over that time including my home.
I started doing voluntary work with children and this led to me taking on 8 hours paid work which I have increased little by little an now have 2 Part time jobs that I love and work 20 hours a week. It is still a struggle and I can't help but feel a little bitter towards the people that made my life hell at the time. This all happened before I had discovered the help that I could have got along with Martin Lewis and this very useful and informative website/forum.

Being in a slightly better frame of mind - I thought I would just ask if it was worth me pursuing - thanks again

I have tried and failed. I cannot remember their exact grounds but it was something to do with the policy being taken out before regulation. If anyone has experience of fighting that please let me know and advise me.
