Do you know if they run a credit check at all?
I have some money owing on credit card but it is all at 0% long term so I don't really want to pay it off unless I have to in order to get my loan over the line.

For future reference, try supercontractors/AS Financial as they get commission from the bank so no fee to you (They will all virtually go through the same lenders as say CMME, FreelancerFinancial etc who charge a fee). Majority of contractors end up with Halifax anyway and they all have access to them..0
