Universal Wealth Management - Help

My father had placed his 50% of our family home along with a lump sum in trust with this company following a slick sales presentation in a Lincoln hotel.
Following the death of both our parents 13 months ago Universal have been a nightmare to deal with and are now uncontactable. Their website claims that they have restructured and asks for patience - but they have deliberately organised themselves to make communication impossible.
13 months on and we have no visibility of when they will close the trusts and payout the funds.We have had to instruct lawyers to seek a change of trustees
Many others may be blissfully unaware that they have this nightmare to look forward to - we suggest trying to get your money out asap.
Do no business with Universal or any of their other guises. We would love to hear from anyone else having issues like these.
