Offset Mortgage with Zero early repayment terms?

Hi all,

I have been mortgage free for a few years now which has been great. However, I am seriously considering starting to look at remortgaging to start developing properties as a sideline. I will initially look at selling the properties on, but in the long term, would like to keep them as longer term investments, once I have cleared the mortgage.

As a result, I am looking to remortgage but really don’t want to have to pay 1% repayment penalty.

I wanted a flexible mortgage so I could pay the money back in when properties sell, slowly reducing the debt.

A search online simply gives me either old offers no longer valid, or chargeable early repayment.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D
