Best way to be paid in Euros please?

Hello, my husband is paid by his French company in Euros into his Yorkshire Bank current account. We have realised that against the XE exchange rate, we are down about £170/month due to the poor rate used by Yorkshire Bank.
Can you tell me the best way of being paid in Euros (we do need it transferred to £ rather than paid into a Euro account).

I don't know if it's "the best way" but I use Revolut for fee free exchanges between euros and pounds.

Not sure if it is the best but Transferwise or WeSwap might be a solution

Transferwise is great, I use it for all my international payments now. Paypal fees were so excessive.
