First time buyer-Stamp duty

Hi
I am looking a putting my property and the mortgage in joint names with my girlfriend. This will be the first house she has acquired. I have lived in it for 10 years (it was my first house)
The property is worth £180,000 and there is £88,000 left on the mortgage.
My girlfriend will take on half of the mortgage (44k) and buy in for the rest of her share (46k).
I was hoping that there would be no stamp duty implications, as
a) This is her first house, and
b) The 50% share is less than the stamp duty limits (£90k)
c) I paid stamp duty when I acquired it
However, I am not 100% certain if that is how it works. Can anyone shed any light?
Thanks
